Rosebud Valley Campground

The Rosebud Valley Campground is owned and operated by the Town of Didsbury. Located on the east side of Didsbury on Highway 582, this quiet, peaceful campground offers daily, weekly and monthly rates. The campground is in close proximity to many great amenities such as the Didsbury Aquatic Centre, which offers a swimming pool, slide, and a hot tub; the Didsbury Golf Course, which offers a pleasing nine holes for all ages; the Didsbury & District Museum; Save On Foods for grocery items, a propane station; and an RV dumping station. Free Internet access is available at the Didsbury Memorial Complex (1702  21 Ave) and the Didsbury Municipal Library (2033  19 Ave). 


*NOTE:  The 2026 Camping Season opens May 1 and ends September 30. 
The Booking Calendar is open now. 

This booking system allows campers to book and pay for one day or up to 28 days at a time.
After 28 days, if campers wish to remain in the campground, they will be required to change spots to allow staff to mow, clean and maintain the site.

Please note that water is not available at the sites at this time, but is on in the washrooms. It will be available at the sites after June 1, 2026.

Due to road construction near the sani-dump in the Town of Didsbury, it will be unavailable until July 2026.
The closest dumping stations are:

  • Carstairs Municipal Campground - located on Hwy 2A (after May 11, 2026)
  • O.R. Hedges Lions Campground (Olds) - located at 5013-54 Street
  • Town of Olds - located at 4514 Imperial Road

CAMPGROUND RULES
This campground is strictly for recreational use and temporary stays.
 
It is prohibited from being used as a primary residence or for any other residential purposes.
 
Please keep your campsite tidy to discourage wildlife and pests.

Quiet hours are in effect from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Day use areas close at 11 p.m.

In accordance with the Town of Didsbury bylaws, please keep your pet on a leash and clean up after them. Bags are available at the gazebo.

Consumption of alcohol and cannabis must be contained within campsites.

You may enjoy a campfire in our designated fire pits only. 

To prevent damage to our green space, we ask that vehicles park on the gravel. There are several visitor parking stalls west of the office.

CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 p.m.

Sleep in—check-out time is 2 p.m.
