The Utility Department for the Town of Didsbury is responsible for billing water, sewer, compost, recycling, and garbage services monthly.
Bills are generated and mailed the first part of each month on the previous month's consumption. These bills are due the last day of each month.
All property owners are responsible for services provided to their property. If the property is a rental, a Tenant Authorization is required for the tenant to receive a copy of the billing.
For inquiries, please contact the Town of Didsbury Utilities Department at 403.335.2030.
